Sugar Cookie Bites
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp. almond milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet.
Whisk together the milk, extract, & egg, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Using a mini cookie scoop, make 21 bites, then press each into sprinkles + slightly flatten.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes!
