Air-Fried Oreos
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
6-8 cookies {I used @traderjoeslist Joe Joe’s gluten free cookies}
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Line your air fryer with aluminum foil and spray it with a little oil.
Coat the cookies with the batter, place in the air fryer, and bake at 350F for 5 minutes! {Makes 6-8 depending on how much batter you coat the cookies in}
