Funfetti Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour {OR all purpose flour}

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry, stir until everything is well combined, then add in the sprinkles.

  4. Roll the dough into 13-15 balls, press down slightly, and bake for 9-10 minutes. enjoy!
    {they’re not super sugary, so if you like yours on the sweeter side—chocolate chips or frosting would be a great addition! I store mine in the fridge & actually prefer the taste/texture of them cold.}
