Yogurt Banana Bread
Ingredients:
2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cassava flour
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into loaf pan & bake for 35 minutes. {Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into slices.}
