Funfetti Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour {OR all purpose flour}
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almond milk
sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet into the dry, stir until everything is well combined, then add in the sprinkles.
Roll the dough into 13-15 balls, press down slightly, and bake for 9-10 minutes. enjoy!
{they’re not super sugary, so if you like yours on the sweeter side—chocolate chips or frosting would be a great addition! I store mine in the fridge & actually prefer the taste/texture of them cold.}
