Blender Banana Oat Bread Bars
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup agave/pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
Put everything into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 25 minutes! {Let cool at least 5-10 minutes before cutting into bars.}
