Raspberry Apple Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gf baking flour {or all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk {i used almond milk}
1/4 cup oil {I used olive oil}
1 egg
1/4 cup raspberries {diced}
1/2 cup apples {diced}
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then stir in the fruit.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes!
