Pumpkin Banana Bread Bars
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free flour}
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy.
Pour batter into a greased or lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes!
