Paleo Pumpkin Donut Holes
Ingredients:
1 cup @birchbenders paleo pumpkin pancake mix
1/4 cup water
Topping: Coconut sugar & Cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
In a bowl, stir together the pancake mix and water until a dough ball forms {I used my hands towards the end.}
Roll dough into 8 balls, lightly dip in almond milk, and then into a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
