Paleo Pumpkin Donut Holes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup @birchbenders paleo pumpkin pancake mix

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Topping: Coconut sugar & Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, stir together the pancake mix and water until a dough ball forms {I used my hands towards the end.}

  3. Roll dough into 8 balls, lightly dip in almond milk, and then into a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
