Mac and Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
1 box chickpea pasta
1 bag mozzarella
Splash of almond milk
Salt/Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly coat a mini muffin tin with coconut oil.
Cook the @eatbanza chickpea pasta on the stove for 7 minutes, then strain it.
Pour the pasta back into the pot and stir in the cheese and almond milk, until melted.
Spoon the mac n cheese into the mini muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes (allowing it to cool afterwards for 5-10 minutes.) Enjoy!
