Cinnamon Pear Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pears

  • 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free baking flour}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 3 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp. cold butter {I used @kitehillfoods vegan butter}

  • 5 tbsp. cold water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, & cinnamon—then add in the cold butter + cold water and mix together with a fork. {use your hands towards the end to form a dough ball}

  3. Place the dough onto a cutting board, flatten into a circle, and cut thin slices.

  4. Cut the pears into big slices and wrap dough around each slice {the dough will stick better if you slightly dry the pears with a paper towel first}

  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, then top with honey + granola!
