Protein Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup protein powder {i used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein}

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder {i used @santabarbarachocolate}

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. milk {i used @milkadamia milk}

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and milk—then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Spoon the dough into a mini muffin tin {or use a cookie scoop} to make 11 bites & bake for 12 minutes! {I filled mine with coconut @reddiwip from @target and sprinkles}
