Cheesy Baked Gnocchi with Spinach and Chicken

I think we can all agree that gnocchi is one of the most popular foods now & getting creative with it is so fun because the options are endless! I love sautéing & air frying gnocchi, but I think baking it is my new favorite way to cook it. Italian Pear-Shaped Tomatoes
Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
Onion
Garlic
Alessi Sea Salt
Basil
'Cheesy Baked Gnocchi with Spinach & Chicken:'
Ingredients:
1 package Alessi Foods 'Gluten Free Gnocchi'
1 1/2 cups Alessi Foods 'Smooth Marinara Pasta Sauce'
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup spinach (chopped)
1/2 cup shredded chicken
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, stir together the gnocchi, marinara, cheese, spinach, and chicken until well combined.
Pour everything into an 8 (or 9) inch baking dish, top with a little extra cheese (optional), and bake for 30 minutes!
Serve immediately or allow it to cool before covering and storing in the refrigerator for up to a week.
