Almond Butter Jam Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. almond milk @croftersorganic raspberry jam
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and baking powder.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients (besides the jam) and roll dough into balls (I did about 1 tbsp. each and made 15 cookies).
Make a thumbprint into each cookie, spoon in the jam, and bake for 10 minutes!
