Sugar Cookie Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}
1 1/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, & eggs—then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Place the dough into the baking dish; the dough will be sticky, so you can grease a piece of parchment paper or a rubber spatula to press it down into an even layer.
Bake for 14 minutes and top with frosting!
