Gluten Free Pita Bread

Ever since visiting Greece a couple years ago, greek food has become my favorite...so I thought it would be fun to make some gluten free HOMEMADE PITA BREAD with all the toppings! The bread cooks in just 5 minutes and all you need is three simple ingredients. I topped mine with hummus, cucumbers, onions, feta, @mezzetta Kalamata Olives, and tomatoes. So so good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt {can be dairy free}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
3. Add in the yogurt and stir until well combined.
4. Use your hands or spoons to make 6 dough balls. Slightly flatten them on the baking sheet & bake for 5 minutes!
