Gluten Free Banana Cookies

I’ve been eating these 4 ingredient BANANA COOKIES with peanut butter every day haha! They’re soo easy to make & are even better the next day after being stored in the fridge overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas {3/4 cup mashed}

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder

  • chocolate chips/chunks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Roll dough into balls (mine made 15), slightly flatten, & top with chocolate.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes & enjoy!
