Gingerbread Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup gluten-free baking flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined.
Pour into the 8x8 and bake for 20 minutes! {Let them cool at least 10-15 minutes cool before topping with icing.}
