Funfetti Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas {3/4 cup mashed}

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free baking flour}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Use a cookie scoop {makes 15 normal cookies or 25 mini cookies}, slightly flatten, & coat in sprinkles {or top with chocolate chips.}

  4. Bake for 8 minutes & enjoy! {best stored in the fridge}
