Cookie Dough Stuffed Pretzels

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2/3 cup coconut flour

  • 2-3 tbsp cacao nibs {or mini chocolate chips}

  • Toppings: Dark chocolate and chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.

  2. Make small dough balls and carefully press them between the pretzels.

  3. Cover half in melted dark chocolate and chia seeds & store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
