Chickpea Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients:
15.5oz can chickpeas {rinsed & drained}
3/4 cup walnut flour {or almond flour}
1/4 cup nut or seed butter {i used @abbysbetter date pecan butter 〰️ code ‘harvesthealth’ saves you 20% off your order!}
1/4 cup honey {or pure maple syrup}
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a 8x8 baking dish.
Put all of the ingredients {except the chocolate chips} into a food processor and blend until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Smooth out the batter in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes!
