Caramel Apple Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour {i used a gluten free AP}

  • 1 scoop @ancientnutrition Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

  • 1/4 almond milk

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan with a little oil.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon the batter into the donut pan {makes 7 donuts; if you have a pan with just 6 slots, you can pour the remaining batter into a mug and microwave for 1 minute!} and bake for 12 minutes!
