Caramel Apple Donuts
Ingredients:
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour {i used a gluten free AP}
1 scoop @ancientnutrition Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 almond milk
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan with a little oil.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
Spoon the batter into the donut pan {makes 7 donuts; if you have a pan with just 6 slots, you can pour the remaining batter into a mug and microwave for 1 minute!} and bake for 12 minutes!
