Cookies and Cream Cake Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups almond flour

• 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gf 1:1 baking flour

• 1 tsp. baking powder

• 1/3 cup coconut sugar

• 2 tsp. cinnamon

• 1/2 cup almond milk

• 2 eggs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

3. Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined.

4. Pour into the 8x8 pan and bake for 20 minutes! Once cooled, top with frosting and cookies :)
