Brownie Loaves
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup cashew butter
2 eggs
1 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 cup almond flour
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray a mini loaf pan.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl & the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the wet into the dry, fill the loaves about 1/2 way full {makes 8}, & top with marshmallows or chocolate chips!
Bake for 20 minutes.
