Brownie Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.
Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.
Use an ice cream scoop, two spoons, or your hand to make 10 bites.
Bake for 10 minutes & let them cool before topping with melted chocolate, granola, and coconut. enjoy!
