Blueberry Chocolate Chips Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour {or all purpose flour}
1/2 cup coconut sugar {or regular sugar}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup oil {I used @bertolli_us olive oil}
1 egg
1/2 cup blueberries {i used @wymansfruit frozen wild blueberries}
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder.
In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, oil, and egg.
Pour the wet into the dry & stir until well combined; then fold in the blueberries and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes! {topped with blueberry yogurt after it cooled}
