Banana Chocolate Chunk Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
2 tbsp. nut/seed butter {I used @abbysbetter date pecan butter}
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. vanilla protein {I used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein; you could also use all purpose flour}
1-2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips/chunks {I used @gutsiihealth pink salt chocolate from my @clean.fit_box }
Directions:
Whisk together the egg, mashed banana, & nut butter then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on low-medium heat! {they’re a little more difficult to flip, so I lightly wet the spatula before flipping; also if you use a small banana, you may need to add a splash of water to thin out the batter} enjoy!
