Chocolate Date Balls
These chocolate date balls have that perfect chewy texture and are seriously so easy to make.
Ingredients & Directions:
In a food processor combine...2 cups pitted dates (added in small increments), 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, Pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
Spread the dough onto a plate and freeze for an hour, roll the dough into balls, and freeze for at least another hour.
Melt some chocolate, roll the balls in the chocolate, and stick in the freezer!
