Vanilla Cake Donuts
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.
Put all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until creamy.
Scoop or pipe the batter into the donut pan {makes 8-9} and bake for 12-13 minutes!
