Snickerdoodle Mug Cake
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tbsp. almond milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions:
In a mug or small bowl {I used an 8oz ramekin}, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds! {I topped with peanut butter, banana slices, and cinnamon}
