Pecan Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill 1:1 gf baking flour}
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/3 cup chocolate chunks
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg & milk.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder, then stir in the chocolate chunks and pecans.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a dough forms.
Use a large cookie/ice-cream scoop to make 7 large cookies and bake for 10 minutes!
