Paleo Cinnamon Rolls
Dough Ingredients:
1 @simplemills artisan bread mix {I bought it at Whole Foods, but you can also but it online}
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil {i used olive oil}
Filling Ingredients:
Coconut sugar
Cinnamon
Nut or seed butter; I used date pecan butter
Directions:
Whisk together the eggs and oil, then stir in the artisan bread mix.
Let the dough sit in fridge for 10 minutes, then preheat oven to 350F.
Roll dough into a thin rectangle and cut into 7 or 8 strips.
Spread on pecan butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugars, then roll up and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 13-15 minutes and top with melted @violife_foods cream cheese and powdered sugar!
