Olive Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
6 tbsp. melted butter {I used @foragerproject plant based butter}
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour {or regular; @bobsredmill is my go-to}
3/4 cup shredded cheese {I used @violife_foods vegan cheese}
14 olives
Directions:
preheat oven to 400F & spray/line a baking sheet.
stir together all of the ingredients until a dough ball forms.
break off small pieces of dough to wrap around each olive, place on baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes!
