Mini Blueberry Pancake Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup Purely Elizabeth grain free pancake mix
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup wild blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein {I love the Nuzest protein}
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a mini muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients & spoon batter into pan to make 16 mini muffins.
Bake for 13 minutes!
