Cashew Oat Blender Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashew flour

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tsp. baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. {Allow it to cool before cutting slices.}
