Microwave Double Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gf baking flour}
1 tbsp. cacao powder
2-3 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl {or large mug}, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Stir in the dry ingredients and microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds! {frosting is: @siggisdairy yogurt + cacao powder + coconut sugar} ENJOY!
