Microwave Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gf baking flour}
2 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. blueberries
3 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
Directions:
In a large microwave safe mug or small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Stir in the dry ingredients + blueberries and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes! {i cut the mug cake into 3 slices and added the @simplemills frosting once the cake cooled}
