Homemade Coconut Flour Bread
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs & melted butter {make sure the butter is cooled first}
Stir in the coconut flour and baking powder, then transfer dough to a wide oven safe bowl {i used a gibson home bowl; make sure to spray/coat the bowl with a little oil first}
Spread the dough into a thin circle and bake for 25 minutes {after it cooled, i cut it into 4 slices!}
