Grain Free Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey {or pure maple syrup}
3 tbsp. pumpkin purée
2 tbsp. almond milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice {or cinnamon}
Directions:
Stir everything together and cook on low-medium heat! I topped mine with cashew butter and fresh figs from Trader Joe’s.
