Gingersnap Energy Bites
Thanksgiving is over, which means it’s time for ALL the Christmasy recipes! These no-bake Gingersnap Energy Bites are made with 5 simple ingredients and they make for the perfect grab-and-go snack.
Coconut flour and almond flour are my favorite flours for no-bake recipes and I used Abby's Better Gingersnap Cashew Butter which seriously has THE best creamy consistency!
GINGERSNAP ENERGY BITES:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup Gingersnap Cashew Butter
Directions:
Stir everything together, roll into bites, and coat them in extra coconut flour. Best stored in the fridge!
