Collagen Banana Bread Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oat flour {in a food processor or high powered blender, pulse oats until you get a flour consistency}
2 scoops @ancientnutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond milk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, and almond milk.
Stir in the oat flour, collagen, cinnamon, coconut sugar, & baking powder.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. (Let cool before cutting slices)
