Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. milk

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and milkā€”then stir in the rest of the ingredients {use your hands towards the end to make a dough ball}

  3. Roll into 9 cookie dough balls, then into powdered sugar, and slightly press them down onto a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
