Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:

1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and milk—then stir in the rest of the ingredients {use your hands towards the end to make a dough ball}
Roll into 9 cookie dough balls, then into powdered sugar, and slightly press them down onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
