Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas {drained & rinsed}
3 tbsp. coconut flour
3 tbsp. vanilla protein powder {i used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla}
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips {i used @enjoylifefoods minis}
Directions:
Place all ingredients {besides the chocolate chips} in a food processor & process until a dough ball forms!
Put the dough into a bowl, stir in the chocolate chips, and use a cookie scoop to make little bites. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge/freezer for later :)
