Buffalo Mac & Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
1 box @eatbanza chickpea pasta
1/4 cup @goodfoods vegan buffalo dip
1 cup shredded cheese {I used @followyourheart vegan mozzarella cheese}
Splash of almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a mini muffin tin.
Cook the pasta on the stove for 7 minutes, drain the water, and pour pasta back into the pot.
Add the cheese, buffalo dip, and almond milk to the pasta & stir until cheese melts.
Spoon small amounts of pasta into the mini muffin tins {makes 20-25} & bake for 20 minutes!
