Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
Chicken strips or chicken breast {i used @traderjoeslist organic chicken strips}
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp. buffalo sauce
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Whisk together the eggs & buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, salt, & black pepper.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, dip into egg mixture, and then into flour mixture.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through!
