Banana Bread Donut Holes
Ingredients:
3 small ripe bananas {mashed}
1/4 cup runny almond butter
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup oat flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Roll the dough into small balls {I made around 21}, coat in cinnamon + coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes! {If you use bigger bananas and your dough is too wet to roll into balls, you can add a few more tbsp. of oat flour.}
