Apple Cider Donuts
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup apple cider
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & grease a donut pan.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender {wet ingredients go in first} and blend until creamy.
Scoop the batter into the donut pan {using a spoon or a plastic bag; makes 6 donuts} and bake for 10-12 minutes!
Once cooled, pour a little extra apple cider into a small bowl, dip the tops of the donuts in, then into a small bowl of 1 tsp. cinnamon + 2 tbsp. coconut sugar! {drizzled frosting on top}
