No-Bake Chocolate Banana Oat Bars
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1 cup @onedegreeorganics rolled oats
1/4 cup @bobsredmill oat flour
1/4 cup @traderjoes almond butter
1 vanilla quinoa crispy @hukitchen dark chocolate bar
Directions:
Mix everything together in a large bowl, then press into a pan (I used half of a 9x9).
Melt the chocolate, spread that over the oat mixture, sprinkle a little salt on top, and stick into the fridge until the chocolate has hardened!
