Cashew Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup cashew butter

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

1/2 cup @bobsredmill oat flour (or gf baking flour/all purpose flour)

Optional: dark chocolate bar (cut into small pieces)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Fold in the chocolate, pour into pan, and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting!
